This website is offered as an introduction to my practice and as a friendly and affordable dream interpretation or dream amplification service.
Big dreams are archetypal dreams. As such their meaning is essentially comprehensible without having to wade through personal associations. Small, or nightly dreams are also archetypal, but less blatantly so. Archetypes are mythic or instinctual patterns that emerge from a very deep level of the psyche, often announcing watershed moments in a person's life. The working assumption underlying the conception of this website is that it is beneficial, possibly even profoundly beneficial, to be curious about our dreams, big or small, and that we can learn and even master the language of our dreams.
Big dream or small, it should be possible to amplify the archetypal motifs and symbols by pulling in parallel motifs in myths and stories (ancient, timeless and contemporary). Then, with sensitivity, and drawing on 30 years of Jungian background, and perspectives gained through years of shamanic journeying and experiences (as well as intuitive hunches) I will venture an explanation of what your dream might mean or signify. (In the case of small dreams, the dreamer should be prepared to provide the "back story"to help amplify or contextualize the dream situation.)
Nothing is guaranteed except that I will do my best to shed light on the symbolism of your dream and suggest some possible interpretations. What's right is what feels right.
